Holo Everyone!
"Wherever there is light, there is also darkness." And now the villain has emerged to take over the hol world. The dark organization created by the light healer and her companion, the notorious one-eyed Miumiu, and they are called the "Zillains" XD
Happy Weekend Zingers! I want to share this fanart illustration I made. Originally, I just wanted to make a fireman-inspired illustration using this cool reference of Vietnamese police but when I was doing the sketch I had thought of a different idea which is them portraying as villains.
✨ Art Process ✨
Rough Sketch
Lineart
Background buildings
City Lights
My character's base colors
Adding general features to the characters
I changed the head of the LightHealer because the former's face looks too innocent, and I feel like the proportions are quite off. I also started to paint details in the foreground, making it into an LED signboard.
Painting more futuristic features on the background.
It's almost done! Here I added snow-like textures to provide emphasis to the characters. Also, I've changed Miumiu's eye to add that notorious vibe of a one-eyed villain. Then I exported this on my phone to see the mistakes that can't be seen on my laptop's screen, especially the contrast, which is really different. It looks fine on my laptop's screen but looks bland on my phone. So, I've adjusted the contrast on the phone with the Lightroom app.
✨✨ FINAL RESULT ✨✨
Thank you for your time!
Tools:
💾 Krita, Lightroom
I love it, it has that futuristic touch
Thank you @irenenavarroart I had thought using the holographic colors can make anything have that futuristic vibes🤔

Aww. We see what you did there. You replaced the fireman's partner with the notorious one-eyed Miumiu. That was an epic idea. It gave your art a different meaning and outlook.
Oh, there's something we learned. The fact that how the art looked on desktop may not translate to mobile. So, it's great you double-checked for perfection. Well done
Thank youuu so much @diyhub
Yes it's my problem for a long time now and as I've researched into it I found out it was because of the monitor's sRGB apparently the higher the sRGB the more accurate the colors you're seeing on display. And my laptop only got 50% sRGB:< I should consider this when buying a monitor in the future.
