Hoy estoy aquí para compartir con ustedes cómo ha ido mi ganancia acorde a mi delegación.
This weekend I had a little more time and wanted to make a special gift for my husband, before picking him up from work. Also, I want to share with you how I made this craft. This time, I bring you a figure for a keychain with a dragon figure, which I really liked and caught my attention.
To make this craft I used the following materials:
Materials:
- A paper clip
- Tweezers
- Keychain hook
- Red, green and white moldable Foami
- Work sticks
Este fin de semana tuve un poco más de tiempo y quise elaborar un detalle especial para mi esposo, antes de irlo a recoger al trabajo. Además, quiero compartirles como elabore está manualidades. En esta oportunidad, les traigo una figura para un llavero con figura de dragón, que me gustó mucho y llamó mi atención.
Para elaborar esta manualidad utilicé los siguientes materiales:
Materiales:
- Un clip
- Pinzas
- Gancho de llaveros
- Foami moldeable rojo, verde y blanco
- Palillos de trabajo
Next, I will show you step by step how I made this craft.
The first thing I made was the hook from which the keychain piece will hang. Using the tweezers, I bent the clip at the top and stretched the bottom, cutting off the excess with the tweezers. This step is crucial to ensure that the hook is strong enough to hold the keychain.
A continuación, les mostraré paso a paso cómo fui elaborando esta manualidad.
Lo primero que hice fue el gancho del cual penderá la pieza del llavero. Con ayuda de las pinzas, doblé el clip en la parte superior y estiré la inferior, cortando el sobrante con la pinza. Este paso es crucial para asegurar que el gancho sea lo suficientemente fuerte para sostener el llavero.
Then, I took a portion of each color of moldable foami. I mixed a portion of red with a portion of green to obtain the desired color.
Después, saqué una porción de cada color de foami moldeable. Mezclé una porción de rojo con una de verde para obtener el color deseado.
Then, I added a little white color to soften the tone, giving it a gray-toned appearance. This mixing process is important to achieve the exact color we want for our dragon.
Luego, agregué un poco de color blanco para suavizar el tono, dándole una apariencia de tonalidad gris. Este proceso de mezcla es importante para lograr el color exacto que queremos para nuestro dragón.
Once the desired color was obtained, I divided it into portions to begin modeling each of the pieces that will form the dragon. I always make small balls so that the material does not lose its humidity or flexibility.
Una vez obtenido el color deseado, lo dividí en porciones para comenzar a modelar cada una de las piezas que formarán el dragón, siempre hago bolitas para que el material no pierda su humedad ni flexibilidad.
Little by little, I formed and joined each gray piece, making sure that the moldable foami did not dry out and that I could glue the pieces together well. This step requires patience and precision so that all the pieces fit perfectly as desired.
Poco a poco, fui formando y uniendo cada pieza de color gris, asegurándome de que el foami moldeable no se secara y pudiera pegar bien las piezas. Este paso requiere paciencia y precisión para que todas las piezas encajen perfectamente como se desea.
Then, I placed the white pieces, which will be used for the details of the dragon.
Luego, coloqué las piezas de color blanco, que servirán para los detalles del dragón.
Next, I attached the hook that I had previously made with the paper clip. This step is essential for the key ring to have a firm and durable support.
Posteriormente, coloqué el gancho que había elaborado anteriormente con el clip. Este paso es esencial para que el llavero tenga un soporte firme y duradero.
With the hook in place, I went on to finish the details of the dragon on the face, placing the red part of the mouth and the details of the eyes. These small details are what really give life to the figure and make it unique, which is the purpose of making it.
Con el gancho colocado, pasé a terminar los detalles del dragón en el rostro, colocando la parte roja de la boca y los detalles de los ojos. Estos pequeños detalles son los que realmente dan vida a la figura y la hacen única, que es el propósito de hacerla.
Finally, I just needed to attach the key ring hook and that was it.
Finalmente, solo me faltaba colocarle el gancho del llavero y listo.

However, it is important to keep in mind that the smaller the pieces are, the faster they dry. That is why it is crucial to work quickly and accurately when it comes to small details.
