¡Saludos a todos! Hoy quiero mostrarles una versión de Ocean Healer hecha en pixeles, representada como una hermosa y tierna sirena acostada en la arena de una playa.

Proceso | Process

Empecé con un boceto principal hecho principalmente en píxeles negros.

I started with a main sketch done primarily in black pixels.

Luego, trabajé en el coloreado por secciones, enfocándome primero en la piel, luego en el cabello y finalmente en la cola de sirena. Para esto agregué un color base y luego añadí las sombras y luces correspondientes para dar forma y dimensión a la ilustración.

Next, I worked on coloring in sections, focusing first on the skin, then the hair and finally the mermaid tail. For this I added a base color and then added the corresponding shadows and highlights to give shape and dimension to the illustration.

Igualmente se aplicó una base de color, sombras y luces, tomando de referencia la paleta de colores del personaje original.

✓ Procedí a colorear el accesorio que lleva en la cabeza, hice algo sencillo, ya que no queria saturarlo con tantos detalles, debido a que con el pixel art se me hace un poco limitado.

✓ I proceeded to color the accessory he wears on his head, I did something simple, since I didn't want to saturate it with so many details, due to the fact that with pixel art I'm a bit limited.

✓ Y para el coloreado del top y la cola de sirena escogi un color azul, combinándolo con el color los ojos.

✓ De fondo hice una playa, con algo de hierba, una palmera y un cielo azul con un pequeño sol.
