Issue Accessing my holozing with Phone and not System

Checking out the holo zing site today I decided to claim my reward just like I used to do every day because I prefer claiming the reward every day now than to claim it hourly but most of my claims are always on my phone since I use a browser that supports key chain which is kiwi browser and since it was working well I don't need to use a laptop, so I wanted to claim just as usual yesterday and do my normal routine which I love doing in order to get more of the zing token but to my surprise, checking the kiwi browser for the holo zing dapp.

I realize that i have been logged out of my profile even though I was not conscious that I was log out at first because I was just refreshing and it was bringing (0) as my balance so when I checked the right top corner I realize that it was not showing my profile again so I had to click on the login option in order to get access and claim my precious token which I have been trying to accumulate for days now.

I input my username so I could be able to log in as I have said earlier that my browser support keychain extension but after inputting my username, I clicked on the sign-in button but it was just rolling and not taking me to the next page, I thought it might be my browser so I went on to my history settings and clear off the cache and data, returning to the page it was still the same thing, then I decided to try logging in on my laptop maybe it will be the same thing and I saw that I have been logged out there also because I log in once with my system.

I first logged in to my keychain account and I clicked on the sign-in button which immediately took me to my profile and I was logged in, I tried using my phone to log in again but it wasn't going through only doing well on my laptop.

I don't know if I was the only one experiencing that issue so I wrote this for others to see and say if they are also going through the same thing. Now I am accessing and claiming my reward on my laptop till now but still not able to claim it with my phone.
