You know when I saw the prompt for today's drawing I almost said these words audibly with a clenched fist; Yes, at long last. The first thing that caught my attention the very first time I saw the list for this year's challenge was the Rhinoceros. I have never drawn one before but I knew very well how artistically beautiful their body can be. All that ample flesh and body contours makes not just the animal but the drawing of it fascinating.

The next line of thought having found a perfect specimen was to relate it to the #holozing verse. I knew very well that such animals like these have birds that fly about them to pick off ticks from their body so instinctively I drew Chirple and it's younger self.

The drawing took some time though as I had to build up the layers so that they look like folds especially around the neck and underarms. I was tempted to up my game for the #zingtober prompt by putting a background but I feared it might just outshine the masterpiece and assimilate in such a way that it doesn't stand out as it does.
