Zingtober; Day Nineteen [Ridge - Earth and Ice Dragon]

As I have stated in my recent posts, the direction I plan on taking for most of the remaining days of the #zingtober challenge is to explore more characters in the #holozing verse that I haven't so far. One of such group of characters is the Dragons. Some days back when the prompt was Guidebook, I drew a couple of tiny dragons on the front page of that piece. As it happens, I never really got any feedback from that piece saw a comment from my older brother Daniel. That piece took some time and a lot of thinking (if I might add).

Today when I saw the prompt Ridge which meant low and high places like a valley and mountain in one perspective I knew that best way to express it or link it to #holozing characters was to draw in some evolution dragons. I wanted to draw all of them in one piece but I thought it would be too much. You would notice that I at one point in the second lineart drew a dragon that wasn't in the final piece. That dragon was to be the Earth Dragons but my proportion was off so I put a pin in it. Eventually, I drew the Fire Dragon and Ice Dragon. The original idea I had was to draw a very fierce Dragon and compel it to suit the #zing characters but the references I got were very large so I figured I would use them so other time.
