Goals Holozing could have for 2026 - Beta, Networks, Core Gameplay

Hello Holotrainers,

Holozing has been on the Hive blockchain for over a year now, with a unique approach: to have all, or a significant portion, of its funding come from the users themselves. These users, with their accumulated HP, can contribute to the voting power of the main account, and the community, in turn, helps ensure that the developers' development account also has enough HP to support the creators.

This year, 2025, has been instructive in understanding a little more about where the development of Holozing is headed. I think what's been missing is some actual gameplay, some videos delving deeper into the whole topic of...

The first major goal is basic, but crucial: defining the gameplay. What does the player do, why do they keep coming back, what keeps them engaged? Before tokens, NFTs, or wallets, the project wants to make it clear whether we're dealing with an RPG, a strategy game, an idle game, or a hybrid. It seems obvious, but in blockchain, it's not.

I myself have been making posts with predictions about where all this is going, of course, the thing is that talking is easier than developing, and if we're talking about a good game, it's going to be even more difficult.

The idea is to have a functional prototype, ugly if necessary, but playable. No waiting months for it to be "perfect." Something that can be played, broken, and improved. We've seen some progress in the sense that there are already some packages that we'll see in the game, but it's still something that's more associated with the future market that Holozing will have and not with its gameplay, something that I think should be given more attention in the coming year.

More Focus on Other Networks

If we want to attract players, beyond the crypto users currently on Hive who would surely support everything the developers do, we must make an effort to bring Holozing to other networks: groups, users, and communities that also promote blockchain games.

This can also attract investment to this space. In fact, I think it can be a crucial strategy to sustain the game and finance its entire development in these early stages. I know more than one person outside of Hive who would undoubtedly invest $20 in one of the packages.

To Exist

This goal summarizes everything: to end the year with a small but real game. Playable, with a vibrant community, stable funding, and a clear direction. That should be the ultimate goal for 2026, something tangible that users can play and test, and in the following years, we can focus on making that game bigger.

In an ecosystem full of projects that never launch, simply existing is already a victory. And if the Holozing blockchain video game manages to achieve these New Year's goals, it can become something much more interesting than what we're used to seeing in this space.
