Forest healer in a spooky nature

Good evening Holozing friends, I have not had time to join Zingtober but I still wanted to publish a drawing related to the Halloween season, this time I wanted to recreate Forest Healer in witch version, surrounded by pumpkins, bright green, in some pumpkins I decided to capture the logo of forest healer, a nice clover. In contrast with all the green tones I used I wanted to add a blue background, for the costume I wanted a typical witch dress and I couldn't miss the hat, it was really complicated to finish this drawing with the little time I have available, besides I wanted to add many details, it took several days to finish it but finally it's ready and I love the final result, I hope you like it too.

Buenas noches amigos de Holozing, no he tenido tiempo para poder unirme a Zingtober pero aun asi quería publicar un dibujo relacionado con la temporada de Halloween, esta vez quise recrear a Forest Healer en versión bruja, rodeada de calabazas, brillantes de color verde, en algunas calabazas decidí plasmar el logo de forest healer, un lindo trébol.
En contraste con todos los tonos verdes que utilicé quise añadir un fondo de color azul, para el vestuario quería un vestido típico de bruja y no podía faltar el sombrero, realmente fue complicado terminar este dibujo con el poco tiempo que tengo disponible, además de que quise añadir muchos detalles, tarde varios días en terminarlo pero por fin está listo y me encanto el resultado final, espero que a ustedes tambien les guste.

Proceso/Process

I made the sketch and chose the colors to work with, this time I wanted to use green tones (mostly light) for the skin, some shadows a little darker but desaturated and browns for the more intense shadows, in a new layer I added more colors to completely shape the whole skin, I started to add color to the clothes, hat and hair, in this opportunity I wanted to use two tones for the hair, I think I had never done that and less with these two tones, but it looks pretty cool in my opinion, then in a new layer I mixed the colors of the skin leaving a soft and more realistic result, I also started to give lights and shadows to the clothes to give them volume and sense.

Realicé el boceto y elegí los colores para trabajar, esta vez quería usar tonos verdes (en su mayoría claros) para la piel, algunas sombras un poco más oscuras pero desaturadas y marrones para las sombras más intensas, en una nueva capa añadí más colores para darle por completo forma a toda la piel, empecé a añadir color a la ropa, sombrero y el cabello, en esta oportunidad quise usar dos tonos para el cabello, creo que nunca había hecho eso y menos con estos dos tonos, pero se ve bastante genial a mi parecer, luego en una nueva capa mezcle los colores de la piel dejando un resultado suave y más realista, tambien comencé a darle luces y sombras a las prendas de ropa para que tuviesen volumen y sentido.

After having the clothes and the skin ready, I started to paint the silhouette of the pumpkins, I painted 3 pumpkins in the front using a mix of opaque orange, green and blue, I drew the shape of the face on each one of them and on another one I wanted to draw a clover, after having the pumpkins ready it was time to give shape and movement to the hair, adding lighter and darker colors, around the hat I drew some small branches wrapping it, representing the tiara that Forest Healer usually wears, I also painted the necklace but this time with a single green stone, I used a green color for the background that then was transformed into other tones giving them shadows and lights, I painted some grasses around it and also trees on the top.

Después de tener lista la ropa y la piel, comencé a pintar la silueta de las calabazas, pinte 3 calabazas en el frente usando una mezcla de naranjas opacos, verdes y azules, les dibuje la forma del rostro a cada una de ellas y a otra le quise dibujar un trébol, luego de tener listas las calabazas era hora de darle forma y movimiento al cabello, añadiendo colores más claros y oscuros, alrededor del sombrero dibuje unas pequeñas ramas envolviéndolo, representando asi la tiara que lleva normalmente Forest Healer, tambien pinte el collar pero esta vez con una sola piedra verde, use un color verde para el fondo que luego se fue transformando en otros tonos dándoles sombras y luces, pinte algunas hierbas alrededor y tambien árboles en la parte superior.

Little by little I built a better background giving it blue tones so it would stand out and not everything would look so green, behind the hat I wanted a lighter color right in the center, I used a lime green, I started to multiply the pumpkins I made and changed the shape of the eyes slightly among other details so they wouldn't look 100% identical and place more pumpkins around her, then I added a little more color and lights in the face, I finished editing the image playing a little with the saturation, contrast, exposure and color.

Poco a poco construí un mejor fondo dándole tonalidades azules para que resaltara y no todo se viera tan verde, detrás del sombreros quise un color más claro justo en el centro, use un verde lima, empecé a multiplicar las calabazas que hice y le cambie la forma de los ojos ligeramente entre otros detalles para que no lucieran 100% idénticas y colocar asi más calabazas alrededor de ella, luego agregue un poco más de color y luces en el rostro, finalice editando la imagen jugando un poco con la saturación, contraste, exposición y color.
