After a glitch-free and smooth launch, The Rise of the Pixels post-launch event is upon us! It lasts until April 30. The Leaderboard snapshot will occur at 12:00 UTC (noon). The “best game” component will continue until 23:59:59 UTC (end of day).

• Vouchers for special limited edition NFTs

🏆 Best games of the day

Each day of the event, two free packs will be given to the Studio that creates the highest rated game of the day. Days begin at 00:00 UTC, and end at 23:59 UTC, including the very last day: Tuesday April 30.

🎁 Main Leaderboard Raffle

There will also be a big leaderboard raffle! Each point on the leaderboard represents one raffle ticket. There will be over 100 unique winners.

Excluding RotP team members, we will raffle off:

• 9 prizes of 5 $HIVE
• 44 prizes of 1 pack
• 15 prizes of 10 $HIVE
• 17 prizes of 15 $HIVE
• 10 prizes of 15 $HIVE + 2 packs
• 2 prizes of 50 $HIVE + 3 packs 🌟
• 1 prize of 100 $HIVE + 2 packs 🌟🌟
• 1 prize of 200 $HIVE 🌟🌟🌟

We will draw in reverse order of value, so the first person picked will win the juicy 200 $HIVE prize. Then we move onto the next prize, and so on. Raffle winners will be unique (you can’t win more than once). You earn raffles tickets during the event, where each point = 1 raffle ticket. The Leaderboard snapshot will occur at 12:00 UTC (noon) on Tuesday April 30.

Here are the things that earn you points aka tickets:

• Each 8-bit pack purchased = 2 points (all past packs count!)
• Each 8-bit pack opened = 2 points (all packs opened since launch count)
• Each game released = 2 points (all games made since launch count)
• Each research action = 1 points (all research since launch counts)
• Each training action = 0.5 points (all training since launch counts)
• Each post reblog = 10 points (for specific posts during the events—including this one!)
• Each new player referred = 5 points (all past referrals count)

🎩 Studio Avatar ‘Private’ Raffle 🎩

Last time we gave away 10 Avatars. This time, it’s 30!

Only the Top 30 on the Leaderboard will enter this raffle. Each Studio gets a single ticket (RotP team is eligible for this one). They are guaranteed an Avatar, but you’re hoping for a good rarity. The rarities to be private raffled to the Top 30 are:

• 20 common Avatars 🙂
• 7 rare Avatars 😄
• 2 Epic Avatars 😎
• That’s it 😳
• Just kidding there will be a single coveted Legendary Avatar too! 😍

This raffle is independent of the main raffle. You can win a prize from the first raffle AND if you’re in the Top 30, have a 1 in 30 chance to get the Legendary Avatar. Reminder: Rare and better Avatars impact your Studio Reputation score.

👀 Special Limited Edition Accessory Raffle

We are still working out the details on a new kind of special accessory that can only be gained from events like this. We will likely do a non-unique winner raffle, independent of all the other raffles, for a number of these NFTs. Stay tuned!

So it is possible to win a HIVE and/or pack prize, win packs from getting the best game of the day, win an Avatar if you’re Top 30, and win a special accessory. 🤤
