Quick details on these packs:
- $8 USD in $HIVE for the license plus a starter pack (guarantees a Dev Worker)
- $3 USD in $HIVE for additional packs
- Packs contain 1 Team Member NFT, 1 Accessory NFT, and some soulbound PXL Coins
- Total supply of 8-Bit era packs: 30,000
- Packs cannot be opened in the main game yet, BUT
- Your pack purchases will be reflected in the completely separate Beta Server, where they can be opened. We are looking at multiplying your packs in the Beta Server so you can get a sense of what it’s like to work with several NFTs
Bulk purchase bonus?
We do not currently offer bulk purchase bonuses. But there are bulk opening bonuses, meaning folks can build up their pack collection over time instead of needing to do a lump sum.
Beta phase
As mentioned above, these packs cannot be opened in the Main Server yet. But we will have a Beta Server available soon, and your pack purchases will be “cloned” and available there. You can open them there (this will not affect your “real” purchases), and we may even give bonus beta packs to supporters as well.
The Beta Server will be reset several times. All your Beta assets will be wiped, and you’ll be able to reopen your packs at this time. This approach will help us fine tune mechanics, get community feedback, and squash the inevitable bugs.
Anyone who participates in the Beta Server tests will be recognized and rewarded in the Main Game somehow (suggestions welcome!)

Is there any benefit to holding unopened packs? Or should I just open them all?
Right now you can't open packs. But having them gives access to beta and increase your studio reputation before the official release and pack opening.
