At first glance there is nothing special about this little grasshopper. But for someone who enjoys observing nature and all the species that exist in it, this little grasshopper has caught my attention. Not only is the color beautiful but the presence of grasshoppers perched on the flowers is what attracted me to this little grasshopper.

This faded brown grasshopper with a pair of antennae belongs to the Stenocatantops Splendens type. Perched on a flower growing in a bush, even though as I know, grasshoppers do not suck nectar from flowers.
