Dichromomorpha

Bushes that are overgrown with green plants are an ideal place for the Dichromomorpha green grasshopper to camouflage to avoid predators, namely insect-eating birds. Dichromomorpha is a genus of grasshoppers in the family Acrididae.

This bright green color with yellowish legs is camouflaged on the stems and leaves of small green plants so that I almost escaped my attention when I was in this bushy area. Apart from being good at camouflage, this small green grasshopper is also very agile in avoiding shots from my cellphone camera.
