Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi más reciente tarea creativa una hermosa cartera casual hecha con retazos de telas de diversos colores con la que participare en el concurso " Patchwork" el cual tuve la idea de hacer el día de ayer cuando me hallaba leyendo sobre el concurso y vi el tema sentí mucho interés por lo que busque en Internet de que trataba esta técnica y me interesó muchísimo ya que es una técnica muy creativa que nos permite utilizar retazos viejos de telas que creemos inútiles y al juntarlos podemos crear algo completamente nuevo, divertido y asombroso.

Today I want to share with you my most recent creative task, a beautiful casual bag made with scraps of different colored fabrics, with which I will participate in the "Patchwork" contest, which I had the idea of ​​doing yesterday when I was reading about the contest and I saw the topic I was very interested in what I searched on the Internet for what this technique was about and I was very interested, since it is a very creative technique that allows us to use old scraps of fabric that we believe are useless and by putting them together we can create something completely new, fun and amazing.

Al entender un poco mas de que trata esta técnica empecé a buscar los materiales para crear mi obra creativa de hoy y encontré varios de diversas texturas y colores de distintos tamaños por lo que tuve que pensar muy bien en lo que haría con ellos ya que no me sobraba material y no podía permitirme estropear la tela asique primero hice varios bocetos de diversas ideas que se me ocurrieron y al final me decidí por uno en particular una cartera. Pensé en realizar un bolso porque adoro este accesorio siempre que salgo es indispensable y fundamental para mi llevar uno conmigo ya que soy del tipo que siempre lleva el celular billetera mis llaves y es splash a todos lados sin importar el lugar siempre ando con estos artículos.

Understanding a little more about what this technique is about, I started looking for the materials to create my creative work today, and I found several of different textures and colors of different sizes, so I had to think very carefully about what I would do with them, since I didn't have material left over and I couldn't afford to spoil the fabric, so first I made several sketches of different ideas that occurred to me and in the end I decided on one in particular, a bag. I thought about making a bag because, I adore this accessory whenever I go out, it is essential and fundamental for me to carry one with me, since I am the type that always carries my cell phone, wallet, my keys and it splashes everywhere no matter where I am, I always go with these items.

Por esto requiero siempre de una cartera para guardarlos pero la mayoría de mis bolsos son demasiado grandes para solo guardar estos artículos y formales por lo que decidí aprovechar la oportunidad de este concurso y confeccionarme uno pequeño práctico pero con diseño informal, divertido y colorido que me combinará con todos mis atuendos casuales y en el que podré llevar mis artículos indispensables a todos lados.

For this reason, I always need a bag to store them, but most of my bags are too big to only store these and formal items, so I decided to take advantage of the opportunity of this contest and make a small, practical one, but with an informal, fun and colorful design that It will combine with all my casual outfits, and in which I can take my items everywhere.

A continuación les mostrare los materiales que emplee y los pasos a seguir para su elaboración.

• Trozos de tela
• Tijeras
• Un marcador
• Hilo y aguja
• Una regla
• Un cierre.

Elaboración.

Elaboration.

Paso 1

Tome uno de los retazos de tela y en el dibuje con ayuda de una regla y el marcador un cuadrado de 7 cm x 6 cm de ancho lo recorte.

Take one of the pieces of fabric and draw a 7 cm x 6 cm wide square on it with the help of a ruler and marker.

Paso 2

Luego procedí a tomar las demás telas e imitar el mismo procedimiento dibujando el cuadrado con ayuda de la regla en cada uno y recortándolo.

Then I proceeded to take the other fabrics and imitate the same procedure drawing the square with the help of the ruler on each one and cutting it out.

Ya teniendo los rectángulos de colores para armar la estructura de mi bolso empecé a combinarlos hasta crear combinaciones que me agradará.

Already having the colored rectangles to build the structure of my bag, I began to combine them until I created combinations that I liked.

Paso 3

Para luego empezar a coserlos en el mismo orden que los combine con mucho cuidado

To then start sewing them in the same order that combines them very carefully

Después tomé las hileras que había creado y procedí a unirlas con alfileres creado un rectángulo grande con combinaciones divertidas que luego cosí completamente uniendo cada hilera.

I then took the rows I had created and proceeded to pin them together creating a large rectangle with fun combinations, which I then completely sewed together each row.

Paso 4

Tome la tela jeans la medí y corte en un cuadrado de 22 cm x 13 cm lo doble a la mitad por el lado de revés y procedí a coser el cierre en la parte superior.

Take the jeans fabric, measure it and cut it into a 22 cm x 13 cm square, fold it in half on the wrong side and proceed to sew the closure at the top.

Para finalmente coser los laterales y darle vuelta y luego tomar los rectángulos grandes que había creado cosiendo cada retazo y los cosí al cuadrado de jeans con el cierre el cual sería el fondo de mi cartera ya que le daría mayor fuerza y estabilidad al diseño cosí el aza de mi cartera a la parte superior del bolso la cual hice con una tira que corte de un trozo de tela sobrante.

To finally sew the sides and turn it, and then take the large rectangles that I had created by sewing each piece, and I sewed them to the jeans square with the zipper which would be the bottom of my bag, since it would give greater strength and stability to the design, I sewed the strap of my bag to the top of the bag which I made with a strip that I cut from a piece of leftover fabric.

¡¡Y LISTOOO!! Tenemos una hermosa cartera hecha con trozos de telas tomadas de camisas viejas que decidí combinar y darle un aspecto divertido para formar un accesorio completamente indispensable para cualquier mujer ya que los bolsos siempre son útiles y nunca están demás, ya que siempre necesitamos guardar todo tipo de cosas desde las más pequeñas como artículos de higiene hasta maquillaje o snacks siempre necesitaremos un espacio donde llevar nuestras cosas más necesarias para el día día y con este concurso se me permitió crear un bolso completamente divertido y único que no solo es hermoso a la vista sino también innovador y ecológico.

We have a beautiful bag made with pieces of fabric taken from old shirts, which I decided to combine and give it a fun look to form a completely essential accessory for any woman, since bags are always useful and never unnecessary, since we always need to store everything. type of things from the smallest such as hygiene items, to makeup or snacks, we will always need a space to carry our most necessary things, for day to day and with this contest I was allowed to create a completely fun and unique bag that is not only beautiful in sight but also innovative and ecological.

Porque esa es la meta de este concurso en mi opinión reciclar rehusar y dar vida a cosas que creemos que ya no sirven y deben ser desechadas cuando en realidad necesitamos hecha a andar nuestra imaginación y creatividad para poder de esta forma permitir que las mejores ideas y creaciones salgan a relucir y de esta manera podamos darle un uso productivo, innovador y práctico espero les haya gustado esta sencilla pero hermosa artesanía.

Because that is the goal of this contest in my opinion, to recycle, reuse and give life to things that we believe are no longer useful and should be discarded, when in reality we need to get our imagination and creativity going, in order to allow the best ideas and creations come to light and in this way we can give it a productive, innovative and practical use.
