It's been a while since I got into the world of wallets, and it's because I would like to do so many things that I like, that when I think of 1 I'm thinking of several at the same time, so in the meantime, I end up doing a mental roulette, to stay with an idea, no matter how complex it is, I'm always persevering to achieve it, even if I have to do and redo it.
Today I share with you the process to make a wallet, a card holder for men, an important accessory to keep cards safe and preserved, preventing them from getting lost in larger bags or wallets, an accessory that facilitates immediate accessibility when using our cards to make purchases.

Hacía un tiempo no me metía en el mundo de las carteras, y es que quisiera hacer tantas cosas que me gustan, que cuando creo pensar en 1 estoy pensando en varias a la vez, así que entre tanto, término haciendo una ruleta mental, para quedarme con una idea, no importa lo compleja que sea, siempre estoy perseverando para lograrlo, así tenga hacer y rehacer.
Hoy les comparto el proceso para hacer una cartera, porta tarjetas para caballeros, un accesorio importante para mantener las tarjetas resguardadas y conservadas, evitando que se nos extravíen en los bolsos o carteras más grandes, un accesorio que nos facilita la accesibilidad inmediata, al momento de utilizar nuestras tarjetas para hacer las compras.

- Waterproof material for white interfacing
- Black thread
- Scissors

I started by cutting 3 rectangles of fabric, black color, to join them with straight stitching on the machine to obtain a rectangle of 70 cm long, by 12 cm wide.
This rectangle will be used to make the inner piece of the wallet.

The next step was to measure the lines with the ruler, they are 8, 4 for one side and 4 for the other side, divided into 2 pockets of 6 cm deep, and 2 of 5 cm deep on each side.
They are folded along the guide lines, fixed with pins and begin to iron all together from the edge inward, without losing the double, at that time the pins are removed by parts to complete the ironing.
El siguiente paso fue medir las líneas con la regla, son 8, 4 para un lado y 4 para el otro, divididas en 2 bolsillos de 6 cm de profundidad, y 2 de 5 cm de profundidad a cada lado.

After obtaining the measure of the internal piece of 24 cm long, plus the 12 cm wide that are kept, the scraps are used again, but in this step 3 colors are used.
The first color that is used is black again to cut 2 rectangles and some ribbons to decorate, they are joined with pins, straight seam is passed and ironed, this piece is the outer piece of the portfolio, which must measure equal to the internal piece, then reinforcing fabric is placed to each of the pieces.
Después de obtener la medida de la pieza interna de 24 cm de largo, más los 12 de ancho que se mantienen, se vuelve a utilizar los retazos, pero en este paso se utilizan 3 colores.
