Blessed day to all my Hive crafter and artisan friends. Welcome once again to my blog. Today I want to share with you the process of making a card to give as a gift on the day of love and friendship.

Many times we are left with the desire to give a present to our loved ones, whether family, partner or friends, due to economic limitations. However, there are many ways to express our affection, elaborating small but nice details that cost little but are worth a lot.

True friends will appreciate every detail, no matter how small or inexpensive it may be. That is why I decided to make this nice and simple card as a proof that you can make nice things with few materials but with lots of love and creativity.

Next I will show you the materials and the procedure to make this beautiful card.

The first thing to do is to cut out a piece of cardboard in the shape of a large rectangle so that when folded in half it looks like a card.

Then with the help of a pencil and a ruler we will mark a small square on the left side of the card, right in the center, and then cut out only the sides of the square.

Then cut out some small flaps with the same cardboard, and glue them on the small square in the center of the card, so that it looks like a small pocket.

Next, we mark and cut out hearts of various sizes on cardboard in three different colors, preferably red, fuchsia and pink, which are the typical colors associated with love.

We take six large hearts and glue them on top of each other on each side of the card pocket flaps.

Then we cut out a second card with a cardboard in another color. We are going to cut this card a little smaller, so that when we place it on the green card it does not cover it completely.

Cut out a large pink heart to place on the front of the card. On the inside we glued all the small hearts we had previously cut out.

With the help of some markers we can make some details and decorations to the hearts and the edges of the card. You can also write some nice phrases on the outside and inside of the card to personalize it.
