Decorating my advent wreath [ESP/ ENG]

Nuevamente, me encuentro por aquí, con mis flores Navideñas hechas con foami, solo que en esta ocasión, quise mostrarles como quedaron en mi Corona de Adviento.

Hace poco les compartí como quería hacer estas flores, practicando con otros colores que tenía a la mano, para asi, después, poder realizarlas como realmente quería, con el color adecuado, y adornar la corona.

Les confieso que me costó un poco conseguir el color rojo escarchado en foami, la mayoría de las tiendas tenía rojo, pero sin el escarchado, la verdad esto me sorprendió, en época decembrina, este color y este modelo se usa mucho para manualidades, decoraciones, y asi, pero bueno, luego de recorrer varios negocios, conseguí mi foami; solo conseguí el rojo, no encontré el verde, había en otro sitio, pero me dije, ya que, lo dejaré asi.

El verde lo quería para hacer las hojas, pero como no lo compre, y no quise seguir buscando, lo deje asi, solo con la flor; y como dije en mi anterior post, lo bueno de guardar retazos de foami, tenía unos pedazos de foami amarillo escarchado, como dice mi mamá el que busca encuentra. 😄

Asi que buscando entre tanto recorte de foami que tengo por allí, me encontré con esos pedazos, perfecto para decorar la parte del centro del foami, aquí les muestro como lo hice.

Con este pedazo, recorte varias tiras delgadas, luego le hice pequeños recortes lineales, lo enrolle, y quedo de esta forma, sencillo y práctico, verdad... definitivamente con estos foami se pueden crear bellas decoraciones, en todos los tamaños y estilos.

Para las flores tuve que hacer un molde más grande, de hecho use también el molde anterior, realice entonces cuatro flores, dos grandes y dos pequeñas, (esto lo hice asi para que me pudiera rendir el foami rojo). 🙃

Materiales:

🌸 Foami rojo y amarillo escarchado
🌸 Cinta decorativa navideña
🌸 Bolitas pequeñas

Solo me quedo aplicar el proceso, trazar el molde en el foami, recortar las flores grandes, con sus respectivos pétalos, pegarlos y listo.

Ya con mis flores hechas, solo me quedo pegarla en la corona, una en cada esquina del círculo, dejando el espacio para pegar la vela, y bueno del resto, solo me quedo decorarlas, compre unos pequeños adornitos, entre bolitas y cajitas de regalo, y una cinta navideña.

Compre esta cinta, pero no sabía como ponérsela, asi que por lo más rápido y sencillo, se enrolle alrededor, pensé en hacer un lazo, pero no me convenció, aparte de que no soy buena haciendo lazos, tengo que retomar esto, porque se me olvido jajaja...

Bueno mis amigos, y asi quedo mi corona de Adviento, esta se podría decir que es la primera decoración navideña de este año, nosotros aquí aún no hemos puesto nada, solo ponemos el nacimiento, asi que dentro de poco, se lo estaré compartiendo, a ver que me invento.

Once again, I am here with my Christmas flowers made with foami, only this time, I wanted to show you how they turned out on my Advent Wreath.

I recently shared with you how I wanted to make these flowers, practicing with other colors that I had on hand, so that later I could make them as I really wanted, with the right color, and decorate the wreath.

I confess that it took me a while to get the red frosted foami color, most of the stores had red, but without the frosting, the truth is that this surprised me, at Christmas time, this color and this model is widely used for crafts, decorations, and so on, but well, after visiting several stores, I got my foami; I only got the red, I did not find the green, there was somewhere else, but I said to myself, I'll leave it like that.

The green I wanted it to make the leaves, but as I didn't buy it, and I didn't want to keep looking, I left it like this, only with the flower; and as I said in my previous post, the good thing about saving scraps of foami, I had some pieces of frosted yellow foami, as my mom says he who seeks finds. 😄

So I was looking through a lot of foami scraps that I have around, I found these pieces, perfect to decorate the center part of the foami, here I show you how I did it.

With this piece, I cut several thin strips, then I made small linear cuts, rolled it, and it looked like this, simple and practical, right... definitely with this foami you can create beautiful decorations, in all sizes and styles.

For the flowers I had to make a bigger mold, in fact I also used the previous mold, so I made four flowers, two big and two small, (I did this so I could use the red foami). 🙃

I just had to apply the process, trace the mold on the foami, cut out the big flowers, with their respective petals, glue them and that's it.

With my flowers already made, I just had to glue them on the wreath, one in each corner of the circle, leaving the space to glue the candle, and the rest, I just had to decorate them, I bought some small ornaments, between little balls and gift boxes, and a Christmas ribbon.

I bought this ribbon, but I didn't know how to put it on, so for the quickest and easiest way, I rolled it around, I thought about making a bow, but it didn't convince me, besides I'm not good at making bows, I have to take this up again, because I forgot it hahaha....

Well my friends, and so was my Advent wreath, this could be said to be the first Christmas decoration this year, we here have not yet put anything, just put the birth, so soon, I'll be sharing it, to see what I invent.
