Greetings to all my creative friends, I want to participate in the contest and for this I am here to show you how to make a beautiful hexagon-shaped box to give away, since receiving gifts is something that we all love it, although it is not only about making them, the decoration is also important, since we let the person who receives it know the care and time we have dedicated for every detail.

This little box was made directly on the cardboard and for its decoration we used materials that were available at home, using the combination that we liked the most.

To build this hexagon we do not necessarily have to have a compass or protractor, we can only achieve it with a few materials and applying all the knowledge acquired in the area of ​​mathematics during our time as students, since it allows us to draw straight lines using the ruler by drawing the start and end point of each segment and also draw diagonal lines from the ends.

Materiales-Materials:

Cartón de piñata.
Regla.
Lápiz y bolígrafo.
Envoltura de regalo.
Pega y silicón.
Papel crepé.

Pinata cardboard.
Rule.
Pencil and pen.
Gift wrap.
Glue and silicone.
Crepe paper.

Pasos-Steps:

First we draw a line that measures twice the size of one of the sides of the hexagon, I wanted it with sides of 6cm, so I made a line of 12cm.

In the middle of the line, that is, 6cm, we put a mark and draw a long vertical line.

Next we must join the two ends to the upper part, for this we draw a line that measures 12cm from one of the ends towards the center, we do the same on the other side and we have as a result a triangle.

At the top of the triangle we make a line of 12 cm and draw another line at the ends of 12 cm towards the center and on the other side the same, we have two found triangles.

In the middle we draw a line and begin to draw our hexagon with the pen 6cm per side 3cm per upper and lower half and join each of the ends to obtain the base, We erase the pencil lines.

We draw the 4cm faces and tabs of our hexagon.

Make the lid of the hexagon with 1.5cm faces, cut both molds.

Paste on a silver gift wrap to decorate, cut it out and with the help of scissors we mark all its parts.

Begin to assemble our box starting with the base and then the lid.

With pink and yellow crepe paper we make a beautiful flower, which we glue in the center of the lid.

In this way we have a nice box in the form of a hexagon to give away.
