Hoy quiero compartirles un tutorial en vídeo donde enseño a hacer unas fundas o portacuadernos impermeables, reutilizando bolsas de friselina.

Como ya les he dicho anteriormente mi motivación es clara, reutilizar todo lo que pueda y darle un nuevo uso a este material que casi todos tenemos en casa.

Además, la friselina tiene la ventaja de ser impermeable, lo que la convierte en un recurso genial para proteger en este casa libros o cuadernos.

En el video tutorial te explico como siempre el paso a paso detalladamente, espero puedan verlo, sin embargo aquí les dejo la lista de los materiales utilizados:

2 bolsas de friselina
Tijeras
Hilos
Alfileres
Cinta métrica
Tiza para tela
Un Botón
10cm aproximadamente de elástico.

El proceso es muy simple la explicación detallada está en el video, sin embargo, aquí menciono que inicialmente corté las 2 bolsas de friselina en 8 partes iguales, 2 partes fueron para la tapa principal y el forro, es decir, 4 partes para las caras principales y 4 partes para los forros.

De esta manera me salieron dos fundas: una para un libro y otra para mi journal

La costura la hice a máquina con puntada recta, pero también se puede coser a mano.
Más adelante pienso hacer otras variantes con este mismo diseño, ahora que ya probé la primera idea.

La idea me surgió porque vi una publicidad de unas fundas impermeables muy bonitas… ¡pero carísimas! Y al verlas bien en la foto de la pensé que lo podía hacer y probando con la friselina resultó perfecto.

Me parece especialmente útil para los chicos que van a la escuela primaria, ya que a veces en la mochila se mojan los libros o cuadernos. Esta funda es fácil, económica y práctica para protegerlos.

Ustedes ¿qué opinan? ¿me detengo en uso de la friselina o quieren seguir viendo las ideas que tengo para seguirles compartiendo?

Today I want to share a video tutorial where I show you how to make waterproof covers or notebook holders by reusing interfacing bags.

As I mentioned earlier, my motivation is clear: to reuse everything I can and give a new purpose to this material that almost all of us have at home.

In addition, interfacing has the advantage of being waterproof, which makes it a great resource for protecting books or notebooks in the home.

In the video tutorial, I explain the step-by-step process in detail, as always. I hope you can watch it, but here is a list of the materials used:

2 bags of interfacing
Scissors
Thread
Pins
Measuring tape
Fabric chalk
A button
Approximately 10 cm of elastic.

The process is very simple and the detailed explanation is in the video, but here I'll mention that I initially cut the 2 bags of interfacing into 8 equal parts, 2 parts for the main cover and the lining, that is, 4 parts for the main sides and 4 parts for the linings.

This gave me two covers: one for a book and one for my journal.

I sewed it by machine with a straight stitch, but you can also sew it by hand.
Now that I've tried out my first idea, I plan to make other variations with this same design.

The idea came to me when I saw an advertisement for some very nice waterproof covers... but they were very expensive! When I saw them clearly in the photo, I thought I could make them, and after trying it out with interfacing, it turned out perfectly.

I think it's especially useful for kids in elementary school, since sometimes their books or notebooks get wet in their backpacks. This cover is easy, inexpensive, and practical for protecting them.
