The Sale is Not Done!

in Suriname Hive3 years ago (edited)

Being a business owner and making sales taught me one thing; that the sale is never over until the client has what they want and I am sure a lot of people/ business owners/ sales executives know what I'm talking about.

Even after the payday, I’m still selling my service to clients! When a client pays you they trust you to get them what they want.

So the sale is only done when the client signs on the dotted line, when he/she has their asset & they talk about your amazing service, more like expressing excitement at your incredible service!

After this only the 1st half of selling is done. The other half of the sales are the tougher ones. Here is where the client will ask themselves; are they serving me well? Are they worth it? Did I get the right service or product? etc.

Selling means retaining your customers and keeping that relationship, so care for them, Don't hold back; overdeliver with service and product value and stay professional.

The tougher the sale the higher the reward

Let me know your thoughts on this!

I guess you are right here.

I came to understand why the quality of some product or service is declining overtime in the business world after I had my own company. You will give you every best service for every client but then when the workload is too much to handle plus the payment that you get is not really worth all the time you take to perfect your service or product, you will start to lower your quality of the product or services to compensate the time taken to handle all the workload that coming to you.

Sale is never end but the standard will determine which sale sales. :) Just my humble opinion my friend! Cheers!
