Primer paso: Planos✏️

First step: Flats✏️

Decido trabajar los planos de la composición, con colores base directamente, es en mi opinión la forma mas practica para construir elementos naturales como arboles, nubes, etc. Decido al mismo tiempo la paleta de colores que trabajaré para el entorno y fondo, en este caso, tonos pasteles cálidos y un tono oscuro y frio para el primer plano, de esta forma crear la ilusión de estar escondido espiando de un plano a otro.

I decide to work the planes of the composition, with base colors directly, it is in my opinion the most practical way to build natural elements such as trees, clouds, etc. I decide at the same time the color palette that I will work with for the environment and background, in this case, warm pastel tones and a dark and cold tone for the foreground, in this way creating the illusion of being hidden spying from one plane to another.

Segundo paso: El Ángel✨

Second step: The Angel✨

Continuo con el trabajo individual de lo que viene siendo el protagonista de esta ilustración "El Ángel", para lo cual he decidido que estará sentado sobre una roca en el centro del segundo plano de composición, también añadiré colores base, sombras y luces de este plano.

I continue with the individual work of what has been the protagonist of this illustration "The Angel", for which I have decided that he will be sitting on a rock in the center of the second composition plane, I will also add base colors, shadows and lights from this flat.

Tercer paso: Entorno🌳

Step Three: Environment🌳

Para finalizar, agrego los detalles del entorno, el primer plano, luces y sombras definitivas, generando una luz tenue para el primer plano y así no perder el efecto de misterio y secreto oculto tras las ramas y arbustos.

To finish, I add the details of the environment, the foreground, definitive lights and shadows, generating a dim light for the foreground and thus not losing the effect of mystery and secret hidden behind the branches and bushes.

De esta forma termino este trabajo amigos, es es un nuevo estilo que estoy probando en mis ilustraciones, en la que trabajo más las luces y sombras del fondo, para potenciar el protagonismo de los elementos principales, espero que al igual que a mi, les encante este trabajo que he realizado con mucho cariño.

In this way I finish this work friends, it is a new style that I am trying in my illustrations, in which I work more on the lights and shadows of the background, to enhance the prominence of the main elements, I hope that, like me, they will love this work that I have done with great affection.
