Shield Bugs - Pentatomoidea

I stopped shooting from the start of covid. Here in the philippines, govt lockdown and restriction of movement started around March 2020. Finally, govt started to reduce restriction and today i was able to shoot at the park :)

This type of shield bug has somekind of leaf shape pattern on its feet. Its body is 25mm in size. i did saw a bigger version years ago. maybe 50mm in size. I seldom see it. today i got lucky. my frist day of shooting back again at the park.

Shield bug or stink bug is easy to shoot. since they move slow. thou if you get too close they will fly. Oh. i have not tried to smell them yet. I am curious why they got that stink bug name. :)
