Artwork No.11 : It's the festival season!

I called it "It's the festival season"

Because all the colors made me feel like going to a festival: happy colors, water, and sunshine accompanied by a few good friends and music is a great combination to enjoy a festival and just dance the day (or night) away.

The process

It was just another intuitive painting without a plan, and therefore you can see different angles of the work in the process pictures at first because I still wasn't sure what would be the top and bottom. And I didn't make a ton of pictures as it was already night time when I finished it yesterday.

The bright colors gave me a happy feeling and I didn't want to stop working on it even though it was night time and in this new apartment, the light isn't very convenient at night to take pictures of artworks. So forgive me for the 2 bad quality pictures in the process.

As you can see, I decided what was going to be the top and bottom of the painting and the last picture is the actual end result.
This time I have barely used my dotting tool but mostly worked with a small tip (size 2) which was the easiest. I notice a big difference in which paint I use and the outcome on the wood using the same brush. I have a few tubes of cool colors paint (like the silver one) but they are much harder to stroke and get the wanted result. I will first finish the paint I have as much as possible before trying to buy an upgrade as I don't want to waste any paint.

Here's the end result in a bigger format. I hope you like this one as much as I did, I know it's less dotting work here, but I love the festival vibe I get from creating it.
