The dolls without a face or very little faces like in my previous post are to help the child use their imagination. Imaginative play is best with just basic tools and toys so the child may spark up their own stories from personal experience and the world around them. And yes, if you had never seen one as an adult it might be strange. I have worked with children for decades and really love the basics when it comes to children’s toys.
