Making and gifting my Uncle these beautiful sandals as a birthday gift

How are you all doing today, though the week isn't going as plan for me here, but I'm still grateful for how much I've achieved among my schedule for the week so far, away from that, today I'll love to show you how I made these Elegant leather sandals I made for my uncle as a birthday gift earlier this week.

To appreciate his support for me during my childhood and how he supposed me several times during my undergraduate days, by gifting me food stuffs and sometimes helpful in paying some of my bills and fee, so I decided to return the kind act making him these masterpiece as a birthday.

So below I shared details about the materials I used and the process of how I made the sandals for him.

MATERIALS USED

• Basket leather material
• Black leather lining
• Polyurethane Sole
• Marco size 4
• Oci gum
• Buckle
• Logo design

MAKING PROCESSES

• To make the sandals for him, I cut each of the basket leather material to the right shape, after which I rub gum on the linning, and join the basket leather to it, so it can have a tick and firm texture.
  I also wrap some leather around the buckle that meant to make the sandals firm on his feet.

• In the next stage, I cut another linning and Marco in the shape of a foot, after which I rub gum on the linning and place the Marco on it, lastly I wrap the linning around the Marco to make the insole perfect.

• Here I apply gum on the back of the insole, then I place it on a shoe last, after which I join the upper parts of the sandals to it, and also attach the buckles and logos to it.

• Lastly I applying gum on the polyurethane Sole of the sandals and the insole, which I then left to dry for some minutes, an lastly join together.
