this is really nice, still new to the crochet stuff but can't figure how you made the rounded part that formed the whole head, I think I will reach that point one day.

It is very simple. For a small head it is 6 single crochets in a magic ring, then increases in multiples of 6 until you reach 24 single crochets, then 3 rounds without increases to have height.
Now you make an increase every 3 stitches and you will get 30 low stitches, you will see that the head starts to expand a little. You make 4 rows without increases and then the decreases, you start with 1 decrease every 3 single crochets until you complete the first row, then 1 decrease every 2 single crochets in the second row and finally 1 decrease every 2 double crochets in the second row and finally 1 decrease every 2 double crochets in the second row.
last 1 decrease with a single crochet in between. Fill in and close.
Thank you for your kind comment. I'm very glad you liked it.
