I was a little bit busy on last few days. That's why I could not able to do anymore needleworks and posting it on the #needleworkmonday. This week I tried another quilt for my baby.
So I am going to share this needleworks with you.
Materials used
- Needle
- Thread (Cotton, yellow and green colour)
- Clothe (cotton, solid red)
- Circular Frame
- Scissor
Process
At first, I prepared the basic quilt. It was full solid red ground.
Then drawn the lines of expected design with removable ink.
After drawing, I stitched in accordance to the drawn lines with yellow and green colour threads.
And completed the quilt.
Who am I
I am from Bangladesh. Still now I am a student. Besides studying, I like to do some creative works like needlework, blogging and as well as writing on blockchain Hive.
I like to do embroidery on Nakshi kantha (quilt) at my leisure period.
The work on the quilt it is really very awesome. I have seen a lot of nakshi quilt in Bangladesh pet this one design is very much different from those ones and looking so gorgeous. I think it takes tremendous hard work and mind set along with a lot of creativity to do so. Thanks for sharing such a nice design on quilt hopefully it will be reference for me e for further incorporation of design for my babies quilts. Nice to see all those things. thanks again
Thanks a lot.
It took about 2 weeks to complete.
Your baby is so very blessed to have so many beautiful colors and warmth made with love surrounding him/her. Your quilt/embroidered work is always so beautiful. Thank you for sharing ~
