Hello friends at Needlework Monday?. Welcome to my blog, thanks for taking the time to browse my blog. and I hope you are all happy and healthy always.
A few days ago, I changed the dress jumbo size to dress size S. At first I took all the clothes apart, then I cut them back to size S. In carrying out daily activities, for every woman must be different. In addition to carrying out our main duties as mothers and as wives, we will also feel proud if we can do something to help others. That's how I feel right now, I can help others with my sewing skills.
Here are the steps I took to fix the clothes:
Clothes size
This is an example of a dress size I need to change. When I saw this shirt, it crossed my mind how careless I was, because of my carelessness it got wrinkled like that. At that time, I put the clothes into the basket which was very messy. When I received the shirt I was in a hurry so I just put it in the basket. And that's the result. The dress looks like it just came out of a cow's mouth☺
Unstitching
Then a few days ago, when I had some free time, I removed all the seams on both sides of the shirt. I do this to make it easier for me during the cutting process. It was very difficult for me, I had to open the seams carefully so as not to damage the clothes. It was the job I disliked the most in sewing. Have you ever felt like that??
Cutting process
After everything is ready I open it. So I continued with the cuts. If I cut it, I wasn't careful enough that it could be fatal. Then I have to change clothes. So I cut it very carefully. To make things easier, I took a sample of the clothes and then cut them according to the sample.
sewing process
The next day I continued the sewing process. Sometimes lazy sickness also comes. Lazy to do all activities, but also forced to do it because it has become a job demand. At the time of uniting the parts of the fabric to be sewn, that's where the passion for sewing re-emerges. I always try to be enthusiastic so that the results of my work are maximized. Because sewing work really requires accuracy.
