I am so sorry for your loss <3 your grandmother seems to be a woman I would have loved to get to know and you are really blessed to have her for so long in your live. I see in your artworks, your needlework, in gardening and baking her advice for care and professionalism shining through, she truly gave you much. But loosing is so hard and sad... I feel with you and send love and hugs.
