Please join us for our year’s end Decor Challenge!

Normally we would ask our community members to do a year end wrap up post. It would consist of their best works and include their goals and aspirations for the upcoming year. This time we wanted to do something different.

Throughout the year we all celebrate a variety of occasions and holidays. We may not acknowledge or share in the same ones but there is something that we can all agree on. With each special day we partake in there is ALWAYS room for decorations!

We felt that ending 2021 with an activity everyone could participate in would be good! Many of us were not able to get to our needlework this year as planned so with this challenge the only theme is decor!

We want you to share with us the best decor idea you have. It can be of anything for any occasion or even a just because it’s pretty. 😄

Whether it’s a decorative piece for a room in your home, a centerpiece for your next party idea, or a backdrop display we want to see it! Get as unique and creative as you’d like.

Rυleѕ:

1. Your decor must involve some form of needlework. We will also accept any form of fiber arts that deal with knotting, braiding, felting, lacing or any form of manipulation of fabrics and yarns. You can even combine different needlework techniques together.

2. You are allowed to use patterns but please be sure to credit the source in your post. Add your signature touch to make it your own :)

3. If it’s a big project you have in mind feel free to just give a sample piece. Since time is of the essence we understand that you may not be able to go full out on bigger decor pieces.

4. Only one entry per entrant is allowed!

5. Must post your entry directly to the NeedleWorkMonday Community!

6. Must leave a link to your contest entry below in the comments so we won’t miss it!
