Hace unos días fui a la tienda de telas y conseguí una hermosa tela, la cual ya viene con el diseño listo para cortar y hacer fundas para cojines, me encantó la idea para hacer las fundas de mis cojines de la sala aparte de que el diseño es muy bonito, acompáñame y te comparto la confección de esta fácil y práctica funda para cojín:

Me gusta mucho la Navidad, y me gusta mucho hacer mis propias Decoraciones, sale más económico y quedan a nuestro gusto, al ver esta tela en la tienda, comencé a sacar cuentas y vi que salía bastante económico para hacer las fundas para los cojines, ella ya trae el diseño ya listo para cortar y con tan sólo medio metro de esta tela puedes hacerle el frente a tres cojines, aquí les dejo la lista de materiales a utilizar :

• Medio metro de tela estampada navideña
• Medio metro de tela, Unicolor
• Tijeras
• Alfileres
• Cinta métrica
• Hilo
• Máquina de coser

I love Christmas, and I love making my own decorations. It's more economical, and they turn out exactly how we like them. When I saw this fabric in the store, I started doing the math and realized it was quite economical to make cushion covers. It already has the design ready to cut, and with just half a meter of this fabric, you can make the fronts for three cushions. Here's the list of materials you'll need:

• Half a meter of Christmas-themed printed fabric
• Half a meter of solid-color fabric
• Scissors
• Pins
• Measuring tape
• Thread
• Sewing machine

Para comenzar vamos a cortar cada cuadrado que encierra la figura estos tienen una medida aproximada de 50 cm de ancho y 50 cm de alto, la gran mayoría de telas traen de ancho uno, 50 m, así que alcanza perfecto, medio metro de esta tela y medio metro de tela Unicolor para hacer tres fundas para cojines

To begin, we will cut each square that encloses the figure. These have an approximate measurement of 50 cm wide and 50 cm high. The vast majority of fabrics come in widths of 1.50 m, so half a meter of this fabric and half a meter of solid-color fabric are perfect to make three cushion covers.

Continuamos colocando uno de los cuadrados sobre la tela Unicolor, en mi caso voy a utilizar color verde, cortamos de manera que de la tela Unicolor quede un excedente de aproximadamente 10 cm, si tienes la medida completa de esta tela, lo puedes hacer con la abertura por un lado, en mi caso, estas fundas las voy a hacer con la abertura en la parte central por detrás.

We continue placing one of the squares on the solid color fabric, in my case I'm going to use green. We cut it so that there is an excess of approximately 10 cm from the solid color fabric. If you have the full measurement of this fabric, you can make it with the opening on one side. In my case, I'm going to make these covers with the opening in the center at the back.

Una vez cortada la tela verde, la vamos a doblar a la mitad y la vamos a cortar por la parte más larga, ahora vamos a comenzar con las costuras, a cada pieza verde le vamos a hacer un ruedo de aproximadamente 1 cm de ancho

Once the green fabric is cut, we will fold it in half and cut it along the longer side. Now we will begin with the seams; we will hem each green piece approximately 1 cm wide.

Luego vamos a colocar la tela principal con la figura navideña sobre nuestra mesa, le colocamos las dos piezas de tela verde encima con la parte que le hicimos ruedo hacia el Centro, montamos una sobre la otra con una distancia aproximada de 2 cm, fijamos con alfileres, para luego pasar costura por toda la orilla.

Next, we will place the main fabric with the Christmas figure on our table, we place the two pieces of green fabric on top with the part we hemmed towards the center, we overlap one on top of the other with an approximate distance of 2 cm, we fix with pins, and then we sew along the entire edge.

Luego de pasarle costura, por toda la orilla volteamos y así ya está lista esta linda funda navideña para cojines y decorar nuestra sala, me encantó lo práctico de esta tela y lo hermoso del diseño, es una forma bastante económica y sencilla, para decorar nuestro hogar estas Navidades, espero les guste

After sewing all the way around the edge, we turned it right side out, and there you have it, this lovely Christmas cushion cover is ready to decorate our living room. Con la confección de estos cojines, me sucedió algo muy gracioso, la idea era hacer las tres fundas, dos para mí, y una para obsequiársela a mi hermana, esto se lo obsequiaría los días cercanos a Nochebuena , pero casualidad mi hermana ayer estuvo de visita en mi hogar de sorpresa, y al verme la funda le encantó y le dije que una de esas era para ella y se la llevó inmediatamente, al llegar a su hogar, se la colocó a sus cojines y me dijo que estaban como mandadas a hacer, las medidas perfectas, y que aparte se ven demasiado hermosas, me agradeció mucho por tan lindo obsequio, me dio mucha felicidad saber que le encantó, eso es todo por hoy amigos, me despido deseándoles muchas bendiciones 😊❤️

While making these cushions, something funny happened. The idea was to make three covers, two for myself and one to give to my sister. I planned to give it to her around Christmas Eve, but by chance, my sister surprised me with a visit yesterday. When she saw the cover, she loved it, and I told her one was for her. She took it right away. When she got home, she put it on her cushions and told me they were just like they were made for—the perfect size—and that they looked absolutely beautiful.
