RE: Focus Challenge: seemingly-never-ending finishing of details!

How beautiful!!
I love the back, and the many layers, and also the pockets and the details, actually everything😅

...you made me think about the social sewing, I guess back in the days there would be a lot of that going on. Like sewing in groups or in the living room with everyone around...
(one of these days I want to get back into it, like hand sewing in public, but I haven't yet found the thing to work on or the inspiration... mind you every time I read about your hand sewing it inspires me to get on with it :))

oooh, so beautiful to be mutually-inspiring each other, dearest @kesityu.fashion !! Yes, I sometimes feel like I'm going a bit over the top, when I take my sewing to the bar which has mostly young men in it - but we have to start somewhere: to me, it's the equivalent of sitting on my doorstep: I could sit on my doorstep, but so few people walk past my house on a typical day (often, only one or two all day long!) that it wouldn't really feel like social sewing. I don't have a women's group here either: most of the women my age are at home with children or have left the town for the city... I love hanging out, anyways, by myself but amongst folk, and occasionally it sparks up a conversation with someone passing by. 😍 Look forward to going to the bar with you and sewing to our hearts' content, sometime in the future!

I guess sometimes the oddest situations might bring up the most interesting conversations:) somehow there are a lot of nice encounters coming out of doing the things you love in public or exposed...
But then as well I feel you, sometimes you are in a place where everyone around you is totally not into "the same thing", the internet helps a bit in some ways🙃

Look forward to going to the bar with you and sewing to our hearts' content, sometime in the future!

Definitely!!💜
