RE: How to finish two wips in one week - needleworkmonday wip challenge

in NeedleWorkMonday3 years ago

When I read @crosheille's post where she invited us to the challenge, you came to my mind, I imagined how funny your post would be, you have always told us about your unfinished projects🙃, and you do it in such a particular way.

Ah, I see your hexagon based cardigan, you are surely going to achieve the desired size, the yarn is lovely.

On the other hand the shawl is gorgeous, it looks complicated knitting, I love that color.

I think you have made a good choice.

I look forward to hearing about your progress😍.

ANd thank you for your encouragement. The yarn for the hexagon cardigan is from beloved Netherlands store which is a kind of clothes and stationary „supermarket“. They also sell yarn and this tweed yarn is really lovely and not expensive.
ANd with the shawl… its a „learning“ project. The lace part has twisted stitches, something I never did before in knitting and I definitely stretched my skills. Sadly, I misread the explanation and made the bobbles the wrong way, so that they are not visible at all. I really hope to finish this fast, as my fingers itch to try again with these bobbles (I already bought they yarn for the new shawl… again from the Netherlands store :-D)I also had to think of myself and my huge amount of wips as I saw @crosheille‘s challenge… I guess I need to work on my bad reputation 🤣
