No sé si les pasa (sobre todo en amigurumis) que aceptan pedidos sin saber la complejidad y todo lo que conlleva tejer dicho amigurumi. A eso le agregamos no haber tejido antes ese patrón y si se trata de tamaño, allí hay otro problema a resolver...
I don't know if it happens to you (especially with amigurumis) that you accept orders without knowing the complexity and all that is involved in knitting the amigurumi. Add to that not having knitted that pattern before and if it's a question of size there is another problem to solve...
Todo inició así
El conejo es de color blanco y negro, así que el dibujo quedó de lujo (jaja). El tamaño fue de 20x20cm2, es decir fue enorme. Lo más complicado fue formar el cuerpo y tejer ligeras reducciones de modo que al final alcance los 20cm de largo del amigurumi. El otro punto fue la cabeza, esta tenía que estar en proporción al cuerpo. Las orejas tenían matices de negro y como los tenía a la mano no fue problema.
The bunny is black and white, so the drawing looked great (haha). The size was 20x20cm2, so it was huge. The most complicated thing was to form the body and knit slight reductions so that in the end it reached the 20cm length of the amigurumi. The other point was the head, it had to be in proportion to the body. The ears had shades of black and as I had them to hand it was no problem.
Algunos detalles a resaltar
En esta parte perdí las fotos al momento de pasarlo a la laptop, lo siento. Solo decirles que tejí ambos muslos, las extremidades y cola aparte. Luego los cosí para darle forma al cuerpo completo. La ropa fue un detalle importante para el cliente, por ello lo tejí y le agregué botones para que sea de manera extraíble. En la foto de referencia era de una tela con diseño de lazos negros con rayas blancas y otros con puntos blancos.
In this part I lost the pictures when I transferred it to the laptop, sorry. Just to tell you that I knitted both thighs, the limbs and tail separately. Then I sewed them together to shape the whole body. The garment was an important detail for the client, so I knitted it and added buttons to make it removable. In the reference photo it was a fabric with a design of black ribbons with white stripes and others with white dots.
A tener en cuenta:
Este amigurumi me llevó más tiempo de lo calculado en diseñar el patrón y llevarlo a una escala realista. La ventaja fue el color blanco ya que la vista no se cansa tanto.
Consejo: Acepten pedidos si saben el tiempo el cual les tomará tejer el amigurumi, de lo contrario alístense para separar un tiempo extra.
This amigurumi took me longer than calculated to design the pattern and bring it to a realistic scale. The advantage was the white colour as it is not so tiring to the eye.
Tip: Accept orders if you know how long it will take you to knit the amigurumi, if not, arrange to set aside some extra time.

Dato curioso: Desde hace mas de dos décadas en casa criamos conejos y cuando me di cuenta que el amigurumi tendría 20cm de largo dije será enorme / For more than two decades we have been raising rabbits at home and when I realised that the amigurumi would be 20cm long I said it will be huge.

This is stunning. You have made the shape so well and I kind of wonder how long it took you to put this together because knitting sure takes time and you have to be mixing other colors for the eyes and and nose part.

Thank you and very good question. Usually when I knit design number 1 I don't measure the time because I only knit to get the piece right. Once I have the pattern I just measure the time.
In this case, as it's a unique design (I think) I didn't measure the time, although I estimate about 30 hours between knitting and unknitting. Good vibes!.
30 hours, maybe just for the fun of knitting, since I won't want toy stressing yourself.

cuanto más o menos puede tomar dejando más días pero a veces más partes que creí serían más fáciles me toman mucho tiempo, sobre todo cuando me encargan personajes de caricaturas con vestuarios y detalles importantes que no se pueden obviar. Te quedo muy lindo el amigurumi 😊
