Hello, I hope you are well, for my part I am undergoing treatment and check-ups almost every day, but luckily everything is going well.
Well, today I brought you the men's pajama pants mold.
The design is simple as is the construction, so I hope you like it.
Front mold, sizes go from 36 to 56, each with its respective color.
Back mold, pen measurements are repeated in all sizes. I made size 46.
Cut mold, remember to leave 1.0 cm for the seam allowance.
At the time of making, the first thing we are going to do is sew the front and back shots, as seen in the image.
Then we are going to sew the inside of the pants joining the front with the back, as seen in the image.
Then we close the sides, in this way the pants are "almost" finished. As seen in the image.
Regarding the waist, the mold is designed so that it bends and the waist is made with the same fabric. but I liked the idea of making a separate waist, for this, cut a fabric the same length as the pants, as seen in the image.
I did not close this waist with a machine, but rather secure it, as you can see, I did this so that later I could put the elastic on it. Once it was secured, I sewed it to the pants.
When they finish sewing the waist to the pants, measure the elastic, remember that they must cut it shorter than the waist measurement, as seen in the image.
Now that they have the elastic cut, they take out the thread that they used to secure the waist and pass the elastic inside. It has to be like the image, after passing it, they sew the elastic.
As it is in the image, I closed with a hand seam, so that it would be invisible and neater.
Finally, only the hem remains, I made it 2.0 cm and that's how we finished a men's pajama pants.
