💜 Biker Leggings 💜

Hello how are you? I hope so, I noticed that "biker leggings" are very fashionable, so today I bring you the molds so that you can make them. Sizes range from XS to XXL, with the colors that represent them.

In this case, both the rear and the front are in the same mold. Measurements in pen are not modified according to size.

The waist has a standard measurement of 12.0 cm (when folding it is 6.0 cm), but you can use any other measurement that is comfortable, for me a good measurement is 20.0 cm, so when folding it I have 10.0 cm.

This is how the cut mold looks, this is an XL mold, remember to leave 1.0 cm for the seam allowance.

Well, the first thing we are going to do is sew the legs on both sides of the leggings, we do that by joining a front with a rear, as seen in the image.

Then we join the front and rear shots. As seen in the image.

Time of the waist, in this case, as the fabric that I got stretched well, you do not need to put an elastic. I only had to cut the waist by about by 5 to 6 inches less. In the event that they need or want to place an elastic, they must follow the measurements that are in the mold. Elastic width measurements are for a 6.0 cm waist (when folded).

To attach the waist to the leggings, what you have to do is mark four equal sides, the guide is the waist seam itself, then mark the same four sides on the leggings, the union of the throws being the guides. Then they pin the waistband to the leggings, using the markings as a reference. As the image shows.

To sew it, they must step on the first point or mark they have made with the foot of the machine, then lower the needle. With their hands they stretch the garment as they sew, in this way they match the marks and the seam is perfect, as seen in the image.
In the case of placing the elastic, they only have to sew the waist, leave one side without sewing, pass the elastic, close it and close the waist.

To secure the seams, and before rolling, what you can do is pass a straight stitch over all the seams, as seen in the image.

Finally, they only need to sew the hem and that's it, that's how they finish a "biker leggings".
