Projects Finished this Week

I finished baby Lilly's sweater with a button and loop closure and made a hat to match. The hat band was crocheted ribbing made by single crochet through back loops only. I worked the band until it fit around Lilly's head, then sewed the last row to the starting chain. To make the crown of the hat, I picked up stitches with double-pointed knitting needles and knit in the round, decreasing to shape the top.

I also completed my bright pink mock turtleneck top.

The long sleeves are hemmed with a stretch zigzag stitch, sometimes called rickrack stretch.

The sweater is a lovely one and it's perfect that you made a matching cap. The turtle neck is beautiful too, thanks for sharing.
