I'm glad that despite the difficulties you managed to buy some threads. I live in Cumaná, a city in Venezuela and here it is very difficult to find a variety of threads. Since I'm still learning and most of my projects are for practice or for my own family, I use acrylic yarn, which here they call school yarn, I buy it at stationery stores or supermarkets, and the truth is I do well with these materials, at least for now.
