Hello everyone

Happy new week to you all on this beautiful Monday, I believe you are all doing great. It's Monday and I'm happy to share my project for the week here @needleworkmonday, looking forward to see yours and also learn beautiful ideas from this great family.

This is one of the dress I made for my client during the week as she urgently needed for yesterday's Sunday outfit, once in awhile, one really need to make new outfit to look great, my client decided to make this outfit for a new look to church on Sunday.

With 2 trouser length of this chiffon material, I was able to achieve this and at the end, I still have enough fabric to make another dress.

Let's get started

The fabric was folded in two to cut out the front pattern with off shoulder as I marked out the vertical and horizontal measurement

The front pattern was placed on a folded fabric to cut out same shape for the back but with zipper allowance.

The front and back were sewn together with the sleeves and zipper at the back, I folded the fabric in two the side seam touching each other while I cut out 5" from the front to the back to give me a curve.

From the remaining fabric, I cut out 8" of x3 of the round hem measurement of the dress to make a gathered pleat round the dress.

Finally, the ruffles was sewn to the hem of the dress and I have a complete dress looking great with a long belt made from the fabric.
