Hello creative friends

Greetings to you all from this part of the world and I hope you are doing great as well as I am doing here, it's a beautiful weekend out here and I decided to try out a beautiful design of two lovely colors of fabrics to make a beautiful pouch with zipper, seeing this two colors, I decided to combine it to make something small to see what the outcome will look like, and as you can see, it's so nice and very creative.

Going through my blog, you will see that I have a lot of pouch design I've made with single color of fabric but this time, I decided to try out something new, well, I don't really have anyone in mind to give this very pouch to but I know someone is definitely going to like this and ask for it, most of the project I did for myself don't actually stay long with me as it is well admired by people and they will always want to have it, so I don't really get tried of making simple crafts as this, it really gives me great joy to see people admire my creativity and see them use things i made myself.

Let me take you through the simple process of achieving this.

From one of the fabric, I measured and cut out 10 x 9"

Another piece of 3 x 9" was cut out from the other color of fabric for the combination.

The two fabrics were placed together and sewn, after which it was top stitched on.

It was taken to a matching color lining and I cut out same shape of the sewn fabric.

The zipper was sewn to the main fabric with the zipper head facing down while the lining was placed on the zipper, it was turned to the right side and I top stitched on it.

On the other side of the zipper, I placed main fabric to main fabric and lining to lining before it was sewn on and top stitched on it as well.

It was turned to the wrong side with the zipper in the middle and the other color on both sides, the lining was also folded same way as seen below.

It was sewn on both sides and half way on other side while the lining was lifted up as I sew on the main fabric.

It was through the opening that it was turned to the right side after trimming off the excess zipper.

This is the final outcome of the combination of the two colors I used to make a beautiful pouch.

I have some of my makeup items in it and it's looking so beautiful. It can also be used for other desired purposes.
