I take out a treasured box of magic tubes.

I still take my proven art acrylics. My little ones fit perfectly on canvas, wood, metal and, drying up, form an elastic film, and this film is not washed off with water.

I squeeze white titanium on a silver platter and a drop of ocher light ... mix, take a piece of the dishwasher sponge and, dipping the dry sponge with the soft side into the mixture, with wetting movements I start to evenly paint the shoes ...

inside, then outside, grabbing a slightly rope wedge ... since I radically change color, I repeat this process twice or even thrice with an intermediate drying of each layer.

I set the shoes aside until completely dry.

In the meantime, I get out a box with lace riches .... threads, needles, sharp manicure scissors with rounded ends and a very convenient tool - pliers, pliers and wire cutters - three in one. The awl can also come in handy.

In the meantime, the paint has dried and you can proceed directly to the decoration.

I attach, lay out, choose the direction and pattern ... I prick and sew with hidden stitches over the entire surface of the shoes.

Lace ribbons have such an openwork hem. I cut it off.

I glue the edge at the junction of the fabric and the wedge and on the protruding part of the sole.

How can I stick? Any transparent shoe-proof universal glue ... other than Crystal Moment. This shoe is not the most suitable.

I glue on a transparent matte acrylic sauna varnish OLIMP Orion. This water-based varnish does not smell and dries very quickly.

I walk along the edges and the wedge itself two or three times. The varnish is matte, silky, does not form a smooth "glass" film. The rope wedge remains pleasant to the touch, but will absorb less road dust.

The time has come to open another jewelry box ...

I select a few small pearl beads and sew them among the lace.

One could stop ... BUT! there is no limit to perfection!!)

With a dry brush, slightly-slightly, barely touching, I pass through titanium white only along the protruding places of the lace, giving them volume and a little more interest.

Then with a clean brush I go through the same places with acrylic glossy varnish. Shoes will not become lacquered, they will not shine, they will flicker slightly mysteriously ... sometimes)
