En éste día quiero compartir con ustedes un tutotial muy fácil para todos aquellos que desean hacer una franela deportiva para damas desde la comodidad del hogar. Para la confección utilicé tela algodón, pero también puede usar cotton-lycra para su elaboración.
Hacer éste tipo de prendas es muy fácil, creo que a todas nos gusta usar éstas franelas deportivas por que son muy cómodas y frescas. Podemos usarlas para ir al gimnasio, parque o supermercado.
Disfruté mucho hacerla, y reí mucho por que mi hija me tomo las fotos, y después de muchas fotos borrosas logró capturar unas muy buenas para ser su primera vez😃😃😃

On this day I want to share with you a very easy tutorial for all those who want to make a sports shirt for women from the comfort of home. For the preparation I used cotton fabric, but you can also use cotton-lycra for its elaboration.

Materiales.

• 1m de tela de algodón, gris con corazones.
• Tijera.
• Lápiz.
• Hilo y aguja.

• 1m of cotton fabric, gray with hearts.

Manitos a la obra!.

Para comenzar lo primero será tomar la tela y doblarla, colocamos patrones de la talla de tu preferencia, marcamos y recortamos un par delantero y postetior.
Siempre la parte delantera de cualquier franela o blusa, debe tener el cuello más bajo que la parte de atrás. Recortamos también un par de mangas cortas.

To begin, the first thing will be to take the fabric and fold it, we place patterns of the size of your preference, we mark and cut out a front and back pair. Always the front of any flannel or blouse should have the neckline lower than the back.
We also cut out a couple of short sleeves.

Tomamos cada pieza delantera y posterior, unimos cosiendo primeramente por los hombros, para luego coser por los demas lados.

We take each front and back piece, join by sewing first on the shoulders, and then sew on the other sides.

Seguimos confeccionando nuestra franela, tomamos las mangas y cosemos a cada lado en su lugar correspondiente.

We continue making our flannel, we take the sleeves and sew each side in its corresponding place.

Una vez que hayamos terminado de colocar las mangas, recortamos un par de tiras y cosemos en los bordes de cada manga, y finalmente cosemos por los laterales de la franela.

Once we have finished placing the sleeves, we cut a couple of strips and sew on the edges of each sleeve, and finally we sew on the sides of the flannel.

En éste último paso colocamos y cosemos una tira en el cuello, ésta tiene aproximadamente 3cm de ancho al doblez, una vez que hemos terminado de coser el cuello, procedemos a coser la parte del dobladillo y listo!... Hemos terminado nuestra sencilla y fácil franela deportiva para damas.
