If an opportunity to visit the International Space Station is offered to you fully paid for as a tourist, would you accept and be excited about the journey?

As exciting as that would be, I really do not think I would accept such an offer, firstly because of the pscyhological and mental impacts that you documented in your blog post, and secondly because there is still so much of this world that I have not yet explored, and so many interesting people to meet, and thirdly, I like to feel that I am as free as possible to change course or do as I please, and committing to a journey to the International Space Station would lock me in and restrict my freedom too much. I guess the fourth reason would be that I wouldn't want to undergo all the training, and the fifth reason... yeah, I'm a coward - it would be far too scary! 🐔
