NA NA BANANAS.. NEVER SAY NO TO A BANANA

Who does not love bananas..!
Everyone loves bananas. Correct me if i am wrong. If you want a quick breakfast, have a banana. If you need a healthy snack have a banana. If you are having a rough day, then also have banana.
Bananas are so simple, ready to eat and cheap. There is no reason that someone will dislike a banana.

Hello guys.. My name is vishnu hari and am from kerala, india. For us bananas are special. We eat bananas in special occasions. And this is my entry to the amazing nature thematic challenge on the theme "seeds". I know banana seeds are not often used to reproduce or make off springs. But i like bananas and the love towards bananas made me participate in the contest.

Banana plants are propagated through vegetative reproduction rather than seeds. These plants grow from thick, underground stems called rhizomes. The rhizome spreads and grows new buds and shoots near the base of the mature plant. The rhizomes are often called as the seeds of banana plant. And we removes these pups and plants them elsewhere.

I found a lot of rhizomes which are ready to be planted. Since there is no specific time for bananas to be planted, we can plant this any day we want. The rhizomes seems to be similar for every verity for a normal person, but a farmer can diffrentiate the between them. There are a huge verity of banana plants present in kerala, specifically

Thank you for entering the competition.
For us Europeans, a banana is usually like a banana. I had no idea that there are so many species :-)

Everyone loves bananas. ---

--- I am totally in the same boat with you, my friend. Love to see such bio-divercity. I knew there are a few different speciars, but you displayed so many of them! the shelves of the stores here have only two kinds of bananas (these are probably the two species that better tolerate long transportation and storage?)
