Hello all friends in the amazing nature community, may you always be healthy and happy...
My post today is a frog that suddenly jumps near me in action. Actually this is the second time I see this type of frog. The first time I did not capture it because the frog disappeared in the bushes. But this time I have the opportunity to capture it and I will share some pictures for this community.
At first, I was a little surprised when the frog jumped away from me while I was pulling grass in the small garden in front of the hut. And really I didn't see because it was disguised by its color which was like earth and grass. Then I immediately followed him to take pictures.
Physically, this frog is not too big, I think it's only ten centimeters long and about four to five centimeters wide. The face of this frog is a bit sharp. Overall, this frog is dominated by brown with irregular green patterns.
From the literature that I searched, I did not find the right name for this type of frog. But the closest I think this toad belongs to the genus Hoplobatrachus, the family Dicroglossidae. This species is distributed in Sub-Saharan Africa, South and Southeast Asia Source.
