When I moved to Slovenia I didn't expect to experience such a hype around Asparagus acutifolius. Actually I had never heard about this edible plant before...
It looks like a stalk of wheat, deep green in colour, tender and delicate. Have you ever tried it or found it in the forest? To be honest, my first attempts haven't been very successful. But with the help of a friend and a little training of your eyes, you can become much more sensitive to finding, collecting and enjoying it.
