Triglav (2864 m) is the highest mountain in Slovenia. And not only the highest, but literally iconic. Slovenia has Triglav in its emblem and on its flag and every Slovenian should climb it at least once.
I'm not Slovenian, so I'm content with just looking at its north face from the Aljažev dom hut, which is the most beautiful view of one of the biggest Alpine faces anyway.
Triglav (2864 m n. m.) je nejvyšší hora Slovinska. A nejen nejvyšší, ale doslova kultovní. Slovinsko má Triglav ve svém znaku i na vlajce a každý Slovinec by na něj měl vylézt aspoň jednou.
Já nejsem Slovinec a tak jsem se spokojil s pohledem na jeho severní stěnu od chaty Aljažev dom, odkud je nejkrásnější výhled na tuto jednu z největších alpských stěn.
