It pays off to wake up early and enjoy the first sun rays and observing the birds, insects, the nature which is getting ready for the new day. Lately, I have other rhythm so I never get up so early to catch the sunrise 🌅 🤦🏻♀️

I must be honest and tell you that at times we work past midnight here and then I can only rise at 6am, as 5am is my normal time. But yeah, I love to be up and out before sunrise and we have a Robin morning caller here that reminds me of the time.

Hehehe, well, I will have to change some habits, definitely :) So maybe one day I will manage to be comfortable to wake up at 6am ;)
4:54am right now as I type this so yeah, I guess I can be called an early bird 🤣
Nothing going on here at this hour, so I can sit in perfect silence and concentrate on some replies.
6am would indeed be a great start for you to try and adopt, but it will take a lot of shifting around and may disrupt your normal workflow, as getting up early is just a habit for me.
