What's up my dear friends? I know everything are aOK for you in this struggle time. However I think you're managing everything about yourself. If you are my follower, you can see two days ago where I walked among the mangroove bio diversity area. Today morning I managed my time for walked among another beautiful rural area before went my work place.
Before walked that rural area, I usually consider about the climate condition in my living area because I can't predict at what time rain will start or not. There was thick dark clouds on the sky. Also I could see little bit white clouds places somewhere. I decided to start my walking without thinking more about rain.
Few minutes later I came to right way and then I start to watch beautiful scenes. These days many farmers harvesting from rice fields. Also these days the quarantine curfew is still spreading in our country. But not disturbing to our farmers. They have opportunity to harvest anytime whole day without any disturbances because rice is a necessary service in this quarantine period. But I didn't see any farmers worked in the paddy fields morning time. Maybe they will come after 8.00 AM after take breakfast.
Yesterday night there was heavy rainning there. So whole environment seems wet conndition. The plants, rice fields and other trees awaken via raining. I don't need to more explain how rain bring refreshment to the nature. Some wild flowers hasn't nice fragrance but it's very beautiful. I couldn't captured them very closely.
While my walking I looked small temple located very nearest the paddy fields. Small dagoba and a Buddha Mandir has been built. Today I didn't see any buddhists in the temple for worship. But normal days I have seen over ten people worshiped in this small temple. Also some buddhist people did meditation process there with relaxation and peaceful environment.
Exercise actually boosts our mood and boosts self-confidence. Before you start work, even simple activities like walking will make you feel that your body's strength and health have improved.
Often, many people find themselves stuck in the workplace and spending time indoors, even when they come home. In such cases, they try to gain peace of mind by watching television. But what really happens is that the mind degenerates because of watching the negative. It is a fact that I know from experience that even if you spend only 5 minutes in the open air, your self-confidence will increase.
Honestly, walking is not just a way to get around. Walking is a way to improve your fitness, burn calories and reduce health risks. You can easily walk through the park or walk through your immediate area, and you will be able to stay active and reap the benefits.
If you can walk in the morning as a habit, there is nothing more energetic than that. I have heard the story that walking is less sick. Walking can be described as a good health habit. Walking can be described as a good exercise for the body and a habit that brings relief to many ailments. Walking is a form of exercise. But it is also good for your mind.
After while walking the sun started to give light to the planet. Then surrounded nature assets delighted through sunlight. The paddy fields chaged color light yellow to dark golden. The coconut trees including other big trees was greenery.
Everything that builds up in nature is an ecosystem. It is through that environment that life is given to humans and animals. The creation, existence and destruction of human beings, animals, nature and the environment take place in accordance with nature.
That's a nice walk with nature. I always love to do that.
Yeah sure @dodovietnam. Due to the poandemic many awesome travel experience missed to me. So I visited very nerest place of mine.
Me too. I cannot go anywhere, even out of the house.
