I know...another grounding post, but I love it so much and I just want to encourage people to get back to nature and get back in contact with nature and connect back to earth.
We got so distracted by the system which disconnects us from what really matters and what is important, which is health, because if you do not have health, you really have nothing and you can't really enjoy life.
Work and life took over our lives and we forgot where we come from and what is the most important thing in our lives and we make excuses that we have no time to take care of our health.
When we say that we have no time or money to take care of our health, then we should really examine our life and check what our priorities are. I mean, we are not here on this earth just to be runing in circles, just working and working, chasing that $, all stressed out. We are here to enjoy our lives and do what we love and be one with nature, because nature takes care of us and it is the only true medicine. And guess what? It's totally FREE and it's all around us.
This is the little park which is 2 min away from my house. I decided to come here today to do some grounding.
I do not a backyard where I live, so I can't do my grounding there, but if you do have a backyard, you can definitely do your grounding there.
The reason I like coming here to this park to do some grounding is because the grass is not fertilized. That's why it is not a very nice smooth, green grass, but more natural, wild grass and that is why I prefer doing my grounding here.
The grass was actually pretty long today, but it was just fine and if actually looked really pretty with all the wild flowers growing between the long grass.
It was a beautiful sunny day, so I also got quite a bit of Vitamin D. The sun is the best source for us to get the Vitamin D from. Just like I mentioned before; nature is the best and the real medicine for us to use.
I really enjoyed this grounding experience here today in this natural long grass nature. Look at all the beautiful flowers I found here today.
Found few bees on these beautiful flowers.
And then I found this beautiful snail.
Just a beautiful natural wild nature. So beautiful.
I had so many more beautiful nature photos but for some reason they would not load properly here. Not sure if there's some kind of glitch. But at least I could load all of these pictures.
It's time to go now. Let the feet dry with air, since some spots were a tiny bit wet.
Every time I do grounding, I never want to leave and put my shoes on again.
It just feels so great and once you put on your shoes on, your feet feel so relaxed and it really feels like you had a great massage.
Hope you all had a beautiful Monday, and wish you a wonderful Tuesday.
Love @joalvarez
I am a great supporter of @familyprotection which is working very hard to help the families stay together and this project is the most
amazing project that I would suggest for everyone in this hive community to check it out and support it and by doing it we are helping people in need who are trying to keep their kids safe from being taken away (kidnapped) by the Social Services. Here is the link Click here

Thank you for your visit and for leaving this inspiring comment.
Spent some time earlier walking in the greener parts of my workplace and I think it'll become a habit. Being with nature brings awe and peace that you can't get anywhere else.
Lovely post! I enjoyed grounding with you. 😊
That's great to hear. Morning walks are the best and a wonderful way to start a day.
You are so right. You can't get such awe and peace nowhere else like in the nature.
Thanks for your lovely visit @glecerioberto
