I was still enthralled with my property at this time in 2021. I still am today, but the woods have been explored somewhat, and I am daunted with the thought of trying to clean up back there so it is usable for strolling or meditation.
There are a WHOLE lot of downed, mostly rotten trees
But as you all know, things are changing (I hope) for the better here at my home, though the end of that journey is some ways off.
Basically, this was just a way for me to escape the gray, rainy dreary morning as I head out to a Dr's appointment.

Always good to leave the dead wood and weeds to create their own environment, what is meant to be will survive. Nice place to amble through.

It doesn't really seem that short of a time, with regards to my bank account ha ha.
Just wait until (and if) I can get the actual patio area firmed up and landscaped. I will be well and truly broke by that time ha ha ha.

I think I made a good decision yesterday. I DID make my Dr appointment in plenty of time, and for once (gasp!) the provider was actually IN CLINIC! great news for me.

Thank you very much @queenkong , I had hoped those hanging lantern things would have actually put out light enough to be helpful, but in truth it is never really dark around here, with the street lights and all.
But on the otherhand, if the power goes off at night, these things will still shine, feeble as they are since they are solar powered.
The place is really beautiful as the video was able to show it
